1. A small program is being downloaded to your computer right now. If it does not automatically start downloading, please click here to start the download manually.
2. Run the program you just downloaded. If you cannot find it, check your Downloads folder.
3. A 9-digit code will appear in the middle of the window when the program starts. Give that code to the Accu-Com support representative.
When the support session is over, please be sure to close the remote access program.
